Are you an established HR Advisor looking to develop your generalist skills across change processes such as TUPE, consultations and redundancy? Do you have experience delivering an end to end HR service across the full employee lifecycle and want to broaden out your knowledge of other sectors and industries?
I am working with a small, friendly HR Consultancy to source a brand new role into their team. This role has come about from an increase in clients and workload, allowing them the exciting opportunity to add a new head into the team. You will be working closely with a variety of businesses across sectors such as professional services, manufacturing, retail and many more. This is a great role for a HR Advisor who is keen to continue to develop their skills across change management and project work. You will be working in an incredibly supportive environment, learning from some of the best HR leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
* Support organisational change, such as TUPE, consultations, restructures and redundancy projects.
* Lead complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with UK employment law.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver HR projects and initiatives across clients.
* Proven experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner in a UK organisation.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR policies, and best practice.
* Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the business.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
