Role Overview:
The HSE Coordinator will play a key administrative and support role within the Health & Safety team, helping to maintain compliance, manage documentation, and ensure effective communication between site teams and the head office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update HSE documentation, registers, and records across multiple projects
2. Support the preparation of audits, inspections, and compliance reports
3. Assist with incident reporting and follow-up actions
4. Collate and track training records, certifications, and inductions for site personnel
5. Manage safety data and ensure documentation is stored and accessible in line with company procedures
