Responsibilities
:
1. Take full ownership of the DTC website and subscription platform, managing day-to-day updates, CRO improvements, content changes, and technical enhancements
2. Lead and manage internal and external developers, prioritise tasks, QA releases, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec
3. Plan and execute new website features and functionality, ensuring strong commercial impact and minimal disruption
4. Monitor e-commerce performance, including conversion rate, average order value, revenue, retention, and subscription growth across markets
5. Optimise the subscription experience, tracking churn, retention, and lifetime value, and implement improvements to maximise long-term customer value
6. Analyse site and subscription performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights and reporting to inform strategy
7. Collaborate with marketing and operations to support campaigns, launches, and promotional activity, ensuring the site is ready for traffic spikes
8. Continuously identify UX and CRO opportunities through testing, experimentation, and data-led optimisation
The Candidate:
9. Proven experience in in an e-commerce or DTC environment with a strong focus on conversion and performance
10. Proven experience managing developers and overseeing website development roadmaps or builds
11. Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics, CRO, and subscription economics
12. Experience with subscription platforms such as Skip, Recharge, or comparable DTC tools
13. Confident in using analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights
14. Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
15. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
16. Passion for consumer products, wellness, and delivering exceptional online experiences
