Freelance Senior Brand Manager – FMCG Food & Drinks ASAP start 3-month FTC (potential to extend) 70K pro-rated Key Responsibilities: Support the Category Lead in shaping and refining the European vision and strategy for the Core portfolio, including pricing. Analyse consumer behaviour and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Lead the execution of Core portfolio plans across Europe, including NPDs, innovations, line extensions, and geographic expansion. Oversee ongoing portfolio optimization and cost management to drive profitability. Develop and deliver toolkits and go-to-market models for in-market execution. Inspire internal teams around the Core portfolio vision and plans. Lead end-to-end project delivery for Core portfolio initiatives. Navigate internal stage-gate processes to ensure timely and effective delivery. Track Core category performance and key marketing KPIs across Europe. Manage central budgets for Core portfolio projects. Integrate internal and external best practices to enhance strategy and execution. Collaborate across functions (e.g., Insight, R&D, Creative, Finance, Commercial) in a matrixed environment. Engage internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and bottling partners, to align on strategy and execution. Manage relationships with external agencies as needed.
