Job Description:
Temporary Class 1 Driver
We are looking for 2 looking for reliable Class 1 (C+E) drivers to assist with ad hoc vehicle collections. This role is ideal for drivers seeking flexible, part-time work with varied routes and responsibilities. Semi retired and new pass drivers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and deliver vehicles safely and efficiently between locations
2. Conduct vehicle checks before and after collection
3. Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
4. Maintain high standards of professionalism when representing the company
5. Adhere to all driving laws and tachograph regulations
Requirements:
6. Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
7. Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
8. 1–2 years Class 1 driving experience preferred
9. Good knowledge of UK road networks
10. Flexible availability, including short-notice jobs
11. Strong communication and time management skills
