Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of Microsoft 365 Foundation Capabilities, specifically:
* Public Folders/PST Migration Strategy: develop migration strategy and plan for email archiving (logical grouping of data for migration)
* SharePoint Migration Strategy: shared folder migration, business-led cleansing plan, stakeholder engagement, and migration execution
* Document Management Lifecycle Strategy: develop and review document management lifecycle procedures
* InTune Migration: plan and analyze the migration of corporate devices from Blackberry to InTune
* Apply industry best practices to help clients achieve project goals, support functional workshops, and record outcomes
* Develop key project artifacts such as requirements documents, design documents, user stories, and functional specifications; support training and handover processes
* Define business analysis approach, assess technical solutions against business needs, and document detailed design specifications
* Ensure design documentation is clear, testable, aligned with requirements, and meets standards
* Collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to define solutions that meet requirements and architectural strategies
* Support business activities including workshops, testing, training, and process integration
* Coordinate with client’s Change function and other departments during the project
* Provide business analysis services for additional projects as needed
* Coach and support Business Analysts, aiming for their self-sufficiency
* Maintain project deliverables following change management methodologies
* Analyze legacy Oracle data for archiving and decommissioning
* Create documentation for functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and decommissioning plans
* Manage and create Epics and Features for project scheduling
* Produce additional documentation to support project objectives and client needs

* Follow change management frameworks, methodologies, and control processes

* Support entire project lifecycle, including testing and implementation planning
* Assist business owners with readiness activities, procedures, testing, communication, and training
* Coordinate with project managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of requirements elicitation, process modeling, and operational design
* Ability to understand and analyze business processes and identify gaps
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including questioning, challenging, and gaining buy-in
* Experience with M365 implementation
