The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Business Manager role will make an impact:
1. The Allergy, Dermatology & Women’s Health Business Manager role will have responsibility and accountability for the strategic and operational account management of the Viatris promoted products. The Business Manager will need to ensure the delivery of agreed sales objectives and resulting sales growth within a defined geographical territory and distinct timelines, whilst adhering to the ABPI Code of Conduct.
2. The development of effective customer relationships with key stakeholders across both primary and secondary care will be a critical success factor. A thorough understanding of the evolution of the NHS structure and how that may impact on the Viatris portfolio is key.
3. Building key relationships with relevant stakeholders in target accounts and previous demonstratable experience of this are vital to his role.
4. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and assess business opportunities from complex sets of data is required. The formulation of strategic, robust account plans based on data, local NHS knowledge and insights is also fundamental..
5. The construction of joint customer plans in partnership with key stakeholders around a solution focused approach, is pivotal to ensure continued collaboration with key NHS stakeholders.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
6. Education to degree level preferred
7. Successful track record in a similar role with a commercial mindset
8. Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify / distil opportunities from complex sets of data
9. Strong Project Management and Presentation Skills
10. Full, clean driving licence
