The postholder will support a healthy and safe working environment through the provision of advice and guidance on all aspects of occupational health and safety and will contribute to the development and delivery of the Universitys HSW Management System. - ABOUT YOU - The postholder will be required to have: - A BTEC/NVQ Level 4 (HND) or higher in a relevant subject, which must have included health and safety modules, or another relevant professional qualification OR - A-Levels/BTEC/NVQ Level 3/NEBOSH Certificate plus relevant experience in a Health & Safety role AND - Membership of IOSH (or eligibility) or other relevant external professional body at Affiliate or Student Member - Practical generalist experience as an Advisor/Technician in Health and Safety, which included undertaking risk assessments (to include reviewing), audits, inspections and producing reports - Experience of maintaining health and safety records Please find our employee benefits listed on our website.
