Key Tasks and Duties: Estimating and Cost Planning: Collaborate on estimating and cost planning activities. Tender Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tender documents. Contract Administration and Cost Control: Support in contract administration and cost control procedures. Interim Valuations: Assist in the preparation of interim valuations. Cost Reporting: Contribute to comprehensive cost reporting. Final Account Preparation: Assist in the preparation of final accounts. Contract and Dispute Advice: Offer advice on contract-related matters and dispute resolution. Employers Agent / Contract Administrator / Project Manager Applicants should have at least one year / Placement year experience, have a willingness to learn and improve, and will be capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. They will have a can-do attitude and will interact well with the rest of the team and the various parties that they work with. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently graduated QS.
