Engineer – Facilities Management

The Role
As an Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and repair of building systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building systems
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve faults efficiently
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver a high standard of customer service
* Complete all job records and documentation accurately and on time
About You
* Previous experience within facilities management or building maintenance
* Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
