Nursery Manager - Hemel Hempstead - £15 - £18 ph
An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new nursery opening in Hemel Hempstead! We're looking for a passionate and experienced early years professional to take the lead in this fresh and rewarding setting.
This role is perfect for someone who:
* Has previous experience as a Nursery Manager, or
* Is a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career
Position Details:
* Role: Nursery Manager
* Location: Hemel Hempstead
* Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Salary: £15-£18 per hour (approx. £31,200 - £37,440 annually)
* Start date: As soon as possible
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
* Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding care
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations
* Ability to inspire and lead a new team to success
