Overview
We are working with a design-led team who are looking to appoint a highly creative Graphic Designer. Following a shift in structure, the focus is now on hiring a designer with strong conceptual ability and a distinctive visual style.
This is not a production-heavy role; instead, it’s an opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity, originality, and pushing visual boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative and original design concepts across a range of platforms
* Deliver high-quality, visually driven creative work
* Contribute to motion design and user experience (UX) elements
* Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas from concept through to execution
* Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all outputs
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, visually-led portfolio
* A clear ability to generate fresh, original creative ideas
* Experience or strong interest in motion graphics and UX
* Portfolio focused on visual storytelling rather than text-heavy case studies
Desirable Background
* Experience within a creative industry (e.g. branding, digital, media, agency)
* Concept-driven approach to design
