In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art packing lines. You'll work with cutting-edge technology, maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence to our customers. Shift pattern is 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm alternate weeks. Responsibilities: Operate and Innovate: Set up and manage automated and semi-automated packing lines, ensuring seamless operations. Utilise computer systems such as SAP and Excel. Quality Assurance: Maintain full compliance with cGMP standards in all activities and documentation. Safety: Ensure safety improvements within the packing function, maintain inspection-ready housekeeping, and adhere to EHS mandatory training schedules. Problem Solver: Perform equipment and process fault finding, implementing corrective actions to keep everything running smoothly. Efficiency Expert: Collect data and assess overall equipment effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Cold Storage Management: Handle the transfer of products and materials into and out of cold storage with precision. Mentorship: Provide support, guidance, and training to new team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
