Location: Leeds, City Centre
Salary: £29,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission up to 60% (OTE £45-50k+ first year) + company benefits.

What you will be doing as a Graduate Business Consultant
* You will manage your own business within our organisation and specialise in one of our many industries on a global basis.
* Headhunting top industry talent into high‑level roles internationally.
* Building and managing client and candidate relationships, taking full ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment process with a high level of support and autonomy.
* This is a sales and business development role; you will work towards targets, have KPIs and develop your own clients from scratch.
