La Fosse has teamed up with a fast-growing and well-established client in the financial sector. We're on the lookout for an Automation Test Lead who’s passionate about quality engineering, thrives on innovation, and is ready to take ownership of robust automation initiatives across multiple teams.
This is a hands role, where your input will directly influence the evolution of testing strategy and practices. You’ll be building modern, scalable test frameworks and championing best-in-class testing standards using cutting-edge tools.
Strong hands-on experience in Java (Python or other languages also considered).
Driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks.
Leading by example – writing clean, maintainable Java code to support quality initiatives.
Mentoring QA Engineers and promoting best practices in automation and CI/CD.
