Overview
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for
undergraduate students
to join their
Software Engineering Placement Programme
. This 12-month industry placement is designed for students looking to enhance their professional and technical skills by working on meaningful, real-world projects.
As part of an agile product team, you will contribute to developing and maintaining production software that directly impacts both internal and external customers. From day one, you'll be empowered to make an impact, supported by experienced colleagues, mentors, and a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities
* Work as part of an agile team alongside software engineers, quality engineers, UX designers, business analysts, product specialists, and product owners.
* Develop and maintain software across the full stack, contributing to real-world projects.
* Apply coding skills in a professional environment while building experience with modern technologies and practices.
* Engage in code reviews, team ceremonies, and collaborative problem-solving.
* Participate in a student-led project to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
Minimum Criteria:
* Currently in the second year of a degree that includes a year in industry.
* Available to start the placement in
July 2026
.
* Able to work from the Bristol office at least three days per week.
* Enthusiastic about learning new technologies, with evidence of personal coding projects or university coursework.
* Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Recruitment Process
1. Application Stage:
Submit CV and responses to 4 questions.
2. Video Assessment:
One-way video interview answering 5 questions (6 days to complete).
3. Virtual Interview:
With Early Careers Recruitment team (3–6 November 2025).
4. Assessment Centre:
Full-day event in Bristol (25 November 2025).
