Purpose of the Role: You will be a true Brand Ambassador who will interact easily with a broad range of customers. You will promote customer service excellence, manage the customer journey and in-store experience, and identify customer needs to provide engaging styling options. Your dedication to exceed customer expectations will support store KPIs and overall performance through personal productivity.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience following the Moss Essential Steps of Service; actively greet, listen, and confidently offer bespoke advice while selling in a professional and passionate way.
* Maintain high productivity by seizing opportunities to maximise sales and services goals and contribute to business KPIs.
* Have strong product knowledge for all services (Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store) and proactively use this to tailor the customer experience.
* Be aware of external opportunities to improve store performance and enhance the customer experience using feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
* Assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, receive deliveries, handle stock, and adhere to stock & cash control procedures to minimise losses.
* Follow the Appointment process via the appointed platform, contact customers prior to their visit, and record status information accurately.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

Technical:

* Basic product knowledge: understanding features, benefits, and products available in the store.
* POS systems: familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
