We are seeking an experienced and hands on permanent Evening Shift Supervisor/Manager with FLT and loading experience to join our team. Shift Details: 6:00 pm - 03.00am midnight. Supervising 9-10 evening shift employees. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of pickers while actively working alongside them. Load and manage oversized pallets efficiently. Oversee the loading of 22 lorries per evening, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Check finished pallets, verify product codes, and identify/correct picking errors. Use company systems to release picks and manage related processes. Desirable Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of packing materials. HGV licence (advantageous, for shunting lorries). Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent leadership and people skills, with a "can do" attitude. This is a hands-on leadership role. We are not looking for someone who prefers to remain in the office - active involvement on the floor is essential.
