We are currently recruiting Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers to join our teams across a number of hospital sites.

We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included
What You’ll Do
* Support registered nurses and medical staff in caring for acutely unwell patients
* Assist with personal care, observations, and basic clinical tasks
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment
* Contribute to team-based, patient-centred care in high-pressure situations
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who:
* Have experience in a healthcare or care environment (hospital or community)
* Are compassionate, adaptable, and committed to high-quality patient care
* Can remain calm and focused in a busy and sometimes emotionally challenging setting
* Are eager to learn and develop new clinical skills
* Are able to start immediately
