We’re seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support the growth of our three market-leading garden brands. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the wider Marketing Team, you’ll help to deliver lead-generating print advertising and engaging social media content. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure strong brand presence and smooth campaign execution across all channels. Core Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Brand Manager in producing catalogues and print advertising, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Collaborate with ecommerce, procurement, and design teams to deliver engaging, on-brand advertising content. Write copy, source images, and proofread materials to a high standard. Ensure accurate product, pricing, and promotional information is reflected online in line with catalogue launches. Coordinate timelines and updates for catalogue and print campaigns across stakeholders. Support the management and content creation for social media channels. Liaise with agency partners and internal teams to produce audience-focused social content. Monitor and report on key performance indicators across campaigns and platforms. Help organise product samples for influencers, partners, and promotional campaigns. Track marketing spend against budget and support team activities at consumer gardening events. We are looking for someone who has gained similar marketing experience in preferably a direct mail and/ or ecommerce environment and ideally is either degree and/ or CIM qualified. You will also demonstrate: Excellent standard of written and spoken English Excellent proof-reading skills and attention to detail Good computer skills particularly with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Organised and methodical with good analytical skills Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and under time pressure A Creative and agile approach The world of gardening should be accessible to all and it’s important that our teams reflect the diversity of our customers, ensuring that our products meet everyone’s needs.
