What you'll be doing: As a Systems Analyst, you will: Work closely with business and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions. Collaborate with third-party support partners to resolve incidents and defects. Support the planning and implementation of changes and upgrades within SAP. Assist in identifying root causes of recurring issues and proposing long-term solutions. Ensure a smooth transition of changes into business-as-usual operations. Help test, validate, and support SAP enhancements and new releases. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. What we're looking for: Essential: Strong experience in SAP environments, ideally in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Field Service Management, Engineering, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, Logistics. Solid technical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail. Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think critically. Confident communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships across teams. Desirable: Experience working with third-party providers and outsourced support models. Familiarity with ITIL Service Management and Software Lifecycle practices. Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
