The Person
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie, with readiness for progression, is required in a quality hotel or restaurant with 2-3 AA Rosettes
Flexibility working evenings and weekends is essential for this role ; the rota will entail 48 hours per week over a mixture of shifts.
