As Financial Controller, you'll be the cornerstone of our financial operations—ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic insight to support decision-making at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations within the finance department
* Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts
* Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and analysis
* Lead the year-end process and ensure financial statements are audit-ready
* Support external auditors during annual audits
* Drive budgeting and forecasting, including leading the annual budget cycle
* Manage cash flow and working capital with a proactive approach
* Maintain and enhance internal financial controls
* Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
* Develop and mentor the transactional finance team
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
* Strong Excel and ERP System experience
* Proven ability to manage and develop a small finance team
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills
* A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement
