The role
Reporting to the Manager, responsibilities will include:
* Managing a global debtors ledger
* Proactively collecting outstanding debt and maintaining cash flow
* Conducting aged debt reviews and following up on overdue balances
* Processing multi-currency bank transactions and allocating cash
* Resolving invoice queries and reconciling debit and credit adjustments
What you need to succeed?Solid background in credit control, with several years of hands-on experienceExposure to managing customer accounts across multiple regionsGood knowledge of credit risk management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and clientsWell-organised, self-motivated and able to take initiative while maintaining a high level of accuracy
