To protect our customer's property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site's published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
1. Delivering Results: Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.
2. Self-Development: Undertake additional training to ensure continuous personal development.
Main Duties
Operations
1. Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Operations Manager and in accordance with UK Law.
2. Complete all tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
3. Review and familiarize oneself with any changes in the AI's and suggest amendments to improve service.
4. Obtain and wear required licenses, including front-line Security Guarding or Door Supervision licenses, CCTV PSS SIA Licence, and any additional contractual courses.
5. Be prepared to cover last-minute requests from the local Operations Manager.
6. Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
7. Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
8. Work systematically and methodically.
Security and Health & Safety
1. Report any Health & Safety hazards or potential hazards immediately.
2. Stay alert to threats or changes and take appropriate action.
3. Use common sense and initiative in threatening situations.
4. Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.
5. Complete detailed incident reports promptly.
6. Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment.
7. Carry out check calls as stipulated in the AI's.
8. Report incidents to emergency services and Communication Centre.
Previous Security Experience
1. Valid SIA License and First Aid Certification.
2. SC Clearance or ability to achieve it.
3. Ability to work independently and support the client proactively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act, Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
6. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
