Overview
Smart Teachers is looking to appoint a 1:1 teaching assistant to support a reception aged child in a mainstream primary school in Wembley. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
Responsibilities
* The role will be supporting a child with high needs, including communication needs and requires personal care.
* Role is to start after October half-term full time, Monday to Friday 8:00-15:30.
* Successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside teacher and other highly skilled Teaching Assistants to provide academic and social support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience working with pupils with ASD/ADHD is essential.
* SEN Teaching Assistants, or those with experience with children with SEN needs, encouraged to apply.
* valid enhanced DBS which will need to be on the update service
