The Role As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior HRBPs to deliver strategic and operational HR support across a number of key business areas. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, supporting them on a wide range of people matters and helping to drive a high-performance culture. This position is ideal for an experienced HR Advisor or junior-level HRBP ready to step up into a broader and more strategic partnering role. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR partnering support to managers across employee relations, performance management, organisational change and workforce planning. Contribute to the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives across talent management, learning, reward and inclusion. Use HR metrics and data to provide insight and support evidence-based decision-making. Coach managers to build capability and confidence in people leadership. Play a key role in cyclical HR activities including promotions, salary reviews and talent reviews. Promote an inclusive, high-trust and collaborative workplace culture. About You We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills, analytical capability and a proactive approach. You will bring: Experience in an HR generalist, advisory or junior HRBP role, ideally within professional services or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and people management best practice. Confidence managing stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insight from HR information. Motivation to grow and progress within a business partnering career path.
