Warehouse Section Leader – Bristol
Step into a vital leadership role within a fast-paced warehouse team based in Bristol. As a Warehouse Section Leader, you will oversee the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials to support smooth business operations and customer demands. This role operates on an alternating shift pattern (Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm and 11am–7pm), with flexibility required during peak times.

Key Responsibilities:
5. Manage all goods receipts efficiently and accurately
6. Oversee stock control activities including replenishment and cycle counts
7. Ensure customer orders are processed on time and to quality standards
8. Collaborate with the Shift Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives
9. Maintain warehouse security and ensure machinery safety checks are completed daily
10. Promote a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Skills & Experience:
11. Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and coach your team
12. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
13. Computer literate with good numeracy
14. Experience with warehouse systems and procedures
15. Resilient and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
