Role: Property Administrator
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full time
Pay: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

The Requirements:
Previous experience in (property) office administration or a similar role
Outstanding organisational ability with excellent multitasking skills
Strong customer service and communication skills, both face to face and by phone
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proactive approach with a focus on nurturing a positive team culture
Ability to remain adaptable with exceptional attention to detail
The Role:
Manage daily office operations and coordination
First point of contact for clients and applicants by phone and in person
Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
Oversee the customer journey for landlords, vendors and tenants
Assist with tenant referencing procedures
Ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all clients
Prepare property particulars for both lettings and sales
Review and streamline office administrative processes and communication
Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies
