We are looking for a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef to join our team at the Coach and Horses.
We are a privately owned country inn with 2 AA rosettes, located just on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, looking to expand our kitchen team. In this role you will be working with good quality, seasonal ingredients to create dishes on our existing a la carte, tasting and pub classics lunch menus.
You will be expected to be capable of managing your own section to high standards, ensuring that you are fully prepared for service. We are looking for a candidate that is keen to continue to learn and develop their skills within a hardworking and enthusiastic kitchen.
An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years working in fresh food kitchens, rosette experience is desired but not essential. Knowledge of a number of sections would also be regarded positively.
We are flexible regarding working hours which can be discussed to suit a potential candidate but with an expectation that they would work most weekends.
