Job Role: Telesales Advisor in Dungannon
Our client are an established Business 2 Business service provider with clients throughout Ireland. They are seeking a motivated and confident Outbound / Telesales Advisor to join their growing team. This role focuses on proactively contacting businesses to generate new sales opportunities, book appointments, and promote our range of products and services.
The ideal candidate will be target-driven, comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, and able to build rapport quickly with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to new and existing business customers
* Identify and engage decision-makers (e.g. Office Managers, IT Managers, Directors)
* Generate qualified leads and book appointments for field sales representatives
* Manage and update customer information accurately on CRM systems
* Visit commercial premises for business development opportunities
* Handle objections professionally and confidently
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities
Skills & Experience
* Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
* Experience in outbound telesales, cold calling, or lead generation
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
* Target-driven with a resilient attitude
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Basic IT skills (CRM systems, email, MS Office)
