We’re looking for an enthusiastic LEGO Trainer to join this growing team in Ipswich. You’ll work alongside our Senior LEGO Trainer, delivering inspiring LEGO-based training sessions including Primary School ages and educators, students, and industry professionals across the UK.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging on-site and online LEGO workshops for schools, colleges, universities, and businesses.
* Facilitate sessions from 60-minute online workshops to full-day in-person training.
* Present LEGO solutions at EdTech events and student activities.
* Help plan, organise, and attend EdTech events across the UK.
* Collaborate with organisations to design workshops using LEGO-based resources.
* Liaise with clients to understand their goals and outcomes.
Requirements
* Passion for education and future-ready skills.
* Experience delivering engaging training online and in person.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Creative approach to using LEGO for learning.
* Flexible and adaptable, with ability to travel UK-wide (including overnight stays).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Teaching experience across various ages (preferred).
* A genuine love for LEGO is essential!
