As a Senior Client Support Administrator, you are responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of business and delivering a first-class service to clients.
You’ll also need to understand and add value when it comes to client’s needs - looking at
continuous improvement and innovation.
The Job:
* Providing technical support to IFAs including product research (investment; pension; life assurance; protection); investment fund performance
* All new business and servicing administration
* Preparation of Suitability Letters and Client Reports
* Preparation of regular Valuation Reports for investment clients
* Preparation of paperwork for clients including new applications; servicing forms; trusts; fee agreements; invoices
* Submission of life/investment/pension applications (paper; online)
* Dealing with general (existing) client enquiries where no advice is required
* Liaising between clients and IFAs as appropriate (where advice is required)
Onboarding - providing full administrative support for the onboarding of new clients
