Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing full-service creative communications agency where you will lead large-scale projects and key account relationships.

From internal communications conferences to large-scale product launches, activations, and awards ceremonies, they offer comprehensive event services including content, messaging, production, and logistics.
The Role
Due to consistent growth across their client base, we are supporting this fantastic agency with the hire of an Event Project Director to lead all event projects. This client-facing role involves building lasting relationships and organically uncovering new opportunities within the accounts. The role will oversee projects from inception to completion, collaborating with strategy, content, creative, film & digital departments, and managing suppliers, budgets, and on-site execution.
About you
You should have a strong background in event project delivery within an agency environment, with experience in large-scale events such as conferences, awards, incentives, and roadshows. You should understand broader communications campaigns and how events integrate into these, working across agency departments and with external suppliers. Building client relationships and developing new business through excellent delivery is essential. Knowledge of broadcast/hybrid events, proposal writing, pitching, and leading projects end-to-end, including production, content, and logistics, is required.
