Senior IT Support Engineer (L3) - MSP Mid Ulster | £40,000 - £45,000 | Office/Field-based (5 days on-site) The Opportunity We're working with a well-established Managed Services Provider in Mid Ulster that is experiencing significant growth and looking to bring in a Senior IT Support Engineer (L3) to strengthen their technical team. This is a hands-on, senior role where you'll play a key part in delivering projects, onboarding new clients, and acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues. You'll be joining a tight-knit team and working directly with senior leadership, with real ownership and impact from day one. What You'll Be Doing Leading the setup and onboarding of new client environments Deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 tenancies Installing and configuring servers, firewalls, and networking equipment Acting as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues Supporting a range of client environments across NI and the UK Visiting client sites regularly to deliver hands-on support Working closely with internal team members to improve service delivery What We're Looking For Proven experience in a senior IT support / L3 role Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 / tenancy setup Servers and infrastructure Firewalls, routers, and networking Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery Comfortable in a client-facing environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites MSP experience is desirable but not essential.
