This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Principal Civil Engineer who wants real influence, technical ownership and the chance to shape projects and standards rather than being one of many in a large corporate structure. This Principal Civil Engineer role is anchored to the Ringwood office, working closely with a strong regional team while supporting major residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the UK. Projects are client-led and national in nature, offering variety and technical challenge alongside a sensible hybrid working balance.
