Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will support the Registered Manager and care staff in maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance, and promoting a supportive and positive culture in the field.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct spot checks, observations, and supervisions of care staff in the community.
2. Support the Registered Manager with care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.
3. Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to care staff.
4. Ensure care delivery meets CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales) standards.
5. Maintain accurate records and report concerns promptly.
6. Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4–5 weekends and one evening per week).
7. Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Qualifications
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in domiciliary/home care (essential).
9. Experience in a supervisory or senior care role (preferred).
10. Good knowledge of CIW regulations and person-centred care.
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
12. Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
13. Kind, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding care.
