The role: Planning and delivering structured TEFL lessons to mixed-age learners Teaching English language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing Assessing progress and adapting lessons to suit different ability levels Creating inclusive, culturally aware learning environments Supporting learners to gain confidence in everyday, academic, or workplace English You’ll have the autonomy to teach creatively while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. What we’re looking for: A recognised TEFL qualification, essential Experience teaching English to children and/or adult learners Strong classroom management and confidence leading groups A clear understanding of language acquisition and differentiation A positive, encouraging teaching style that builds trust quickly Additional languages are a bonus, but not essential.
