We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a shift supervisor, you'll take the lead of the shift, working with your team of baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for our customers with high quality service, beverages, and products.

You'll spend your time running shifts with our customers at the core, through coaching your team and creating a positive learning environment to your partners on shift. Collaborating with the Store Manager, leading great shifts, supporting partners, and inspiring best moments and the Starbucks Experience for our partners and customers
Executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organising opening and closing duties
Ensuring all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
Providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Given the nature of our stores, our working hours could include early mornings, evenings, weekends.
