Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
* Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across both hotels.
* Drive revenue growth, cost control and overall financial performance.
* Maximise the success and evolution of the MAM concept Restaurant.
* Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance.
* Act as a visible leader and ambassador for ibis, Novotel and Accor.
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
* Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
* Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results.
* Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
