As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll enjoy making a difference to every person who walks through our centres, whether through a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyle.
Our Customer Service Advisors respond to inquiries, convert them into memberships, answer calls, handle transactions, address queries, and may even participate in community outreach projects. Your focus will be on ensuring our customer service level remains at the highest at all times, from providing team support to creating a welcoming environment.
What you need:
* A strong focus on customer service
* Passion and personality
* Knowledge of health and safety
* Great team player
* Good IT, literacy, numerical, and communication skills
* Some experience in administration
What you’ll do:
* Be the first point of contact for customers
* Answer incoming calls
* Handle transactions, including setting up direct debits and cash handling
* Manage membership inquiries and sell memberships
* Set up equipment
* Support your team daily, from preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls to general cleaning and upkeep of the centre
