Gas Engineer / Plumber
Location: Ladram Bay Holiday Park Reporting to: Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer / Plumber / Maintenance Operative to join our on-site maintenance team at Ladram Bay Holiday Park.
You will be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. This is a hands-on role in a busy holiday park environment, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
What we’re looking for
· Fully qualified Gas Safe registered engineer
· ACS qualifications : CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT, CONGLP1LAV, CONGLP1PD
· Full UK driving licence (essential)
· Able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
· Good time management with the ability to manage your own workload
· Team player with a professional and approachable manner
Key responsibilities
· Carrying out gas safety certifications and routine gas servicing
· Repairing and servicing gas appliances, including boilers, fires, and cookers
· Diagnosing reported faults or damage and completing repairs to a high standard
· Connecting sited caravans, including water and gas supplies via underground pipework
· Responding to reactive and urgent maintenance jobs alongside planned daily work
· Acting as a friendly and professional face of the company when dealing with owners and guests
