What Youll Do

* Support Portfolio Management: Assist in the day:to:day management of private residential developments.
* Deliver Exceptional Service: Be a primary point of contact, ensuring residents receive outstanding support.
* Problem Solve: Proactively address queries and provide effective solutions.
* Financial Oversight: Learn about service charges and budget management to ensure value for money.
* Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with leaseholders, contractors, and internal teams.
* Ensure Compliance: Understand and uphold property legislation and regulations.
* Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and assist with essential documentation.
