Your role as an HR Ops Partner is to ensure you understand stakeholder needs and provide the best HR service to meet the needs of the Business Unit whilst ensuring alignment to the organisation’s HR People Strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of the people strategy on your sites with your management teams including but not limited to; Annual HR activities (engagement surveys, performance review etc), organisational design, resource planning and partnership with employee forums and unions where necessary. Also, responsible for the delivery of site based change management projects such as TUPE/Transition activities and other HR change projects as required. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Provide HR subject matter expertise and support to SLT regarding a number of aspects covering employment law, forums and trade unions ● Partner with the senior leadership team within your sites ● Deputise for the HRBP where required ● Lead, where required, HR work streams for change programmes / projects on your sites ● Ensuring effective employee communication and engagement is factored into all people change and the processes to facilitate this is in place ● Support Site(s) Employee Engagement activity ● Supporting site organisational design, advising line managers about levels and types of reward, including base and variable pay and incentives in line with company standards ...
