Job Role As a Senior Family Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private family matters, including divorce, matrimonial finance, Child Arrangement Orders, post-nuptial arrangements, and cohabitation disputes. You will also have the opportunity to lead the development of the Family team and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Handling a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial settlements, Child Arrangement Orders, and post-nuptial agreements. &x2022; Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and trainees. &x2022; Proactively engaging in business development activities to enhance the firm&x2019;s profile. &x2022; Achieving financial targets and maintaining strong commercial awareness. &x2022; Utilising case management systems to efficiently manage your caseload. Job Requirements A minimum of 8 years PQE in family law although those with more or less experience will be considered. &x2022; Proven experience handling complex family law matters and achieving financial targets. &x2022; Strong supervisory and mentoring skills. &x2022; A passion for business development and a proactive approach to expanding the firm&x2019;s client base. &x2022; Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
