Location: Willow Bank, Kendal
Salary: £33,149 £36,363 (39 hours per week) Plus: Sleep in payments of £68.25 per night (approx. £3,276 per year based on 1 per week over 48 weeks)

Our client are a 52 week specialist therapeutic centre with on?site education, supporting children aged 612 who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. Their approach is rooted in therapeutic care, stability and a nurturing family ethos.
They are now recruiting a Team Leader for a 5 bed childrens home in Kendal.
What Were Looking For:
Applicants must have relevant experience and hold NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), plus:
* Strong understanding of therapeutic care
* Experience planning activities for children and adults
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident administrative and organisational abilities
* Experience leading supervisions
* Ability to plan for groups and longer?term activities
* Commitment to ongoing learning and development
* Full UK driving licence
This is a 39 hour a week role, working on a rota including evenings and weekends. Sleep ins are available. xsngvjr
