Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance through the ongoing coaching and development of your team. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing effective planned maintenance strategies to improve reliability and engineering performance.
* Ensuring the team responds quickly to unexpected breakdowns, working closely with production to minimise downtime.
* Driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and encouraging your team to look for new, more effective ways of working.
* Supporting capital projects, CI initiatives, installations, and other initiatives.
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
