In this technical and clinical role, you will gain hands-on training and experience with Stryker’s Upper Extremity portfolio, including Blueprint planning software, Tornier shoulder solutions (e.g., Perform Humeral, Perform Reverse, and Flex), and Latitude EV elbow, to ensure successful surgical outcomes.
You will provide clinical product support to end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures. You will resolve technical product and service issues, provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned accounts.
Clinical and Technical Expertise:
* Complete 101 and 201 training and develop an understanding of all basic procedures.
* Complete Stryker Learning Management System (SLMS) assignments on time.
* Build knowledge of Stryker implants, instrumentation, and clinical benefits.
* Learn proprietary software for pre-operative CT scans and assist surgeons in planning, sizing, and positioning implants.
* Observe and apply training practices used to guide surgeons and hospital staff.
Account and Territory Management:
* Assist in daily coordination of accounts and tasks supporting scheduled procedures.
* Learn hospital and account preferences to meet or exceed customer expectations. Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
* Complete account administration duties (e.g., consignment audits, PER process, RMA process, case billing and closure). Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports as per quality and compliance requirements.
* Assist in product demonstrations and lab logistics to support sales, marketing, and potential customers.
* Build collaborative relationships with internal sales teams to achieve business goals.
What you need:
* Experience in a clinical role, preferably in a theatre environment.
* Tech-savvy and motivated.
* People-focused with charisma.
* Computer skills, including MS Office.
* Confident presentation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* High achiever, eager to learn and take on challenges.
* Ability to engage, influence, motivate, and work hard.
* Valid UK Driver’s license.
