Salary: £27,030 per annum
35 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Role summary
We require an enthusiastic and friendly Admissions & Marketing Officer to join our busy Admissions and Marketing Team to support the smooth and efficient running of the admissions cycle process and recruitment of day and boarding students into Woodbridge School and marketing activity delivery.
Responsibilities
* Support the smooth and efficient running of the admissions cycle and the recruitment of day and boarding pupils into the School.
* Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Admissions to manage admissions enquiries, maintain accurate data across our digital admissions platforms, and oversee a wide range of admissions communications.
* Coordinate bursary and scholarship processes, organize and attend admissions events such as open days and entrance assessments, and support mid-year admissions.
* Support the delivery of marketing activity across the School.
* Help ensure prospective families receive an outstanding experience throughout their admissions journey while supporting the wider promotion of the school community.

* Enthusiastic and friendly, with a professional approach to admissions and marketing activities.
