Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of Early Years education? Do you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lancaster!
Responsibilities
* Providing one-to-one support to a child with SEN in the EYFS setting
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum
* Assisting with personal care, where necessary
* Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
* Tracking and reporting progress to the class teacher and SENCO
Qualifications and Ideal Candidate
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting
* Have experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., speech and language needs, ASD, developmental delay)
* Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable
* Be available to start immediately

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
